CASMAR GROUP is dedicated to the manufacture and construction of Steel structures, boiler making and pressure vessels, machinery maintenance and because of these, our company is registered in the Industrial Spanish Register number 22/8318 in the following activity:

Machinery repair, Boiler making, Pressure Vessels manufacturers and Steel structures manufacturers.
We are registered as a installation and repair company into de Special Register Pressure Vessels Makers in the categories EIP-2 and ERP-2, that means that we can work in any installation (which requieres Project or not) and in pressure vessels of all categories. For this reason, we have a valuable experience between into the manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks of all diameters, reactors, filters and heat exchangers (carbon steel, stainless steel, special alloys…etc).

The new legal norm EN 1090-2 (89/106/CEE) has a broad scope and it must be done before, during and after manufacturing steel structures. It is very important to be remarked that this new European regulation is binding on steel structures manufacturers and welders and replaces the existing directive DIN 18800-7.
OBJECTIVES. one of the high requirements of the EN 1090-2 Standard, is that the manufacturer must prove that the company has a highly qualified staff, the required technical equipment and the correct documented processes.
GROUP CASMAR belongs to the Provincial Federation of Steel Manufacturers in Huesca.
In the technical office, engineers and designers use different software to develop the projects and drawings such as AUTOCAD and Solid Works. In the same way Lantek programs are used for Numerical control of Plasma Cutting Machine

We have our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) which was almost specifically designed to help us in the general management of the company and it si divided in modules or parts:

We work with recognized external partners for tax consulting services. The company is audited annually by an independent third party (Certified Public Accountant).



SAFETY AT WORK, from the heads of CASMAR GROUP until the last employee we are trying to make the employees aware of these risks, reduce accidents and improve working conditions, because of this we have annuals programs of formation/information based in Prevention of risks at work law 31/95 . These preventive activities are implemented by an external prevention service M.A.Z. (Mutua de Accidentes de Zaragoza).

All our employees are trained in Occupational Risk Prevention: this involves not only training in the conditions of safety and hygiene in which the work must be performed and on the use of individual and collective protection elements, but also training on prevention techniques (risk preventions according to the General Agreement of the construction sector 2007-2011 (art.138) and the State Agreement of metal sector for metal activities in construction works (anexo III). Some of our workers have the basic course on the Prevention of Industrial Hazards this is important because they can be designated as responsible of risk hazard on site.
Further in CASMAR GROUP there are workers who have developed training in forklifts handling and lifting platforms.
CASMAR GROUP has a civil liability insurance with maximum guarantee of 1.800.000 € and a industrial injury insurance of 32.000.-€.
All the companies of the group do not have any debts with Social Security Network and the Public Finance .
