TECHNOLOGICAL RESOURCES
CASMAR GROUP is made up of 3 locations, very close to each other, which allows us to communicate perfectly. We have different areas: Raw material warehouse, saw, thermal cutting, drilling, punching, bending, assembly, welding, shot blasting, painting, packaging, finished product warehouse, loading and unloading of trucks.
CASTILLÓN MARTÍNEZ, S.L.
- 1600 ton and 16m long folding machine
- High definition plasma: with a 20x 3.3 meter table for cutting sheet metal up to 40mm and a side table for beam cleavage. LANTEK Cutting Software
CNC drilling line, 20 m long - Roller for bending sheets. Width 3 m and maximum thickness 30 mm
- Guillotine for cutting sheets up to 12 mm thick
- Double column band saw with inclined arc. Maximum cut: Ø500 mm
- Profile bending machine (plates, angles and tubes) up to 100 x 100 mm
- CNC punching machine. Working limits: L150x150x15, PL. 600×15, Ø50, #50, Ø40 in 20mm thick sheet.
- Welding equipment: MIG-MAG, TIG, submerged arc welding electrode and column
- Shot blasting machine; 3×3 door gap and 15 m length
- Paint Section: Airless Gun Painted
- Indoor handling equipment in the warehouse: 10 x 10 ton overhead cranes
- Tower crane for handling, loading and unloading in outdoor warehouse.

Boilermaking encompasses the manufacture and repair of metal vessels and structures, while “blacksmith” work focuses on detailed tasks such as the creation of custom-made parts or the repair of metal elements. These services are particularly valued by private customers who are looking for customized solutions, either through the manufacture of specific components or the repair of damaged elements, for which high-quality steel is supplied and meticulous work is carried out to meet their needs. This attention to detail and personalized approach guarantees long-lasting and high-quality results, consolidating these jobs as fundamental pillars in the industry.
