This activity encompasses the manufacture of type of structures and their installation or assembly on site.
CASMAR GROUP specializes in the manufacture and assembly of metal structures with CE marking (including UKCA 1090),with highly qualified personnel in various areas such as cutting, drilling, welding, painting, among others. Its services cover a wide range of structures, adapting to the client’s needs, either following their specifications or developing their own projects, including structures for industrial equipment, warehouses, walkways, storage elements and structural reinforcements for buildings.
INDUSTRIAL BOILERMAKING
Boilermaking involves the metal construction of elements such as tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, among others
We manufacture light boilermaking products. We work with type of pipes: from carbon steels (anti-heat, anti-wear, etc.) and stainless steels (AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 310, ETC).

Experience in Manufacture and Repair of Pressure Equipment
Castillón Martínez is a certified company for the installation and repair of pressure equipment of the EIP-2 and ERP-2 categories, which gives them experience in the manufacture of a wide range of equipment such as exchangers, reactors and autoclaves. With welding procedures certified according to European regulations, ASME IX and AWS D1.1, they work with materials ranging from carbon steels to alloys and stainless steels, as well as plastics.

We offer a complete range of customized solutions, from the design of metal structures using specialized software such as TEKLA STRUCTURES, IDEA STATICA, CYPE and SOLIDWORKS, the preparation of legalization projects approved by the official college for metal structures or industrial buildings, to the machining of precision parts under drawing or sample, whether they are single or serial parts.
