After a few years without visits due to the pandemic, we have been visited again by the students of the Intermediate Degree of Machining of the Salesianos de Monzón school, where they have had a talk with the managers of the company and later a visit to our facilities.
The visit consisted of explaining the complex process of operating a company from the different departments of Casmar. More technical explanations related to the metal sector were made: design and manufacturing process (traceability, drawings, welding and painting processes…), good environmental practices, prevention and safety standards, operation of machinery.
Also, they were explained the importance of accessing the labor market and the great need to obtain qualified and specialized personnel in the region of Cinca Medio. One of our objectives is to promote as much as possible the insertion of qualified young personnel but without experience in the metal sector.
